The app is good It clearly shows the driver and car My only issues with the app are 1 I wish the estimated cost would be clearly displayed instead of having to click a button to show it and 2 the address search needs a major overhaul In new Belgrade for example I couldn t find a specific address I had to just use the street name and then tell the driver to carry on down the road whereas with Google maps the specific address could be pinpointed on the map                 Stefan Lazic

I wish I could I was not able to go pass notification screen to try the app It asks you to press the button to agree with terms however that button is bellow the screen and cannot be reached Tried everything including reinstalling the app Looking forward to giving it a try as soon as they fix this glitch which is disabling the app         vlad b

I understand that this is a reasonably young company but this app is absolutely horrible I have been in Serbia for almost a month and this app has only worked one time There are never drivers available and after you click order car it just spins and spins and spins until it tells you that there are none available Serbian inefficiency and general buffoonery would make any rationale human being pull their hair out and this app is no different Hurry up uber get to this backward country     Christopher Wick

Great service but the app is unpolished It s not possible to postpone rating a ride The notification will show up immediately after your ride but if you dismiss it there is no way to go back and give your rating to driver I had a great experience yesterday but now I m unable to rate it Also the ride history shows just a white rectangle with names no map no photo no CTA As mentioned the app need some polishing but the service was great so far                 Giuliano Liker

I have used app for the first time in Serbia Belgrade and I have to say this is not transparent service at all I have ordered a ride towards airport and driver have arrived in few minutes after we arrived at the airport I have asked driver what is the final ammount that will be deducted from my account and he was not able to tell me also there was nothing in application itself The only thing I could find in app was log of my last drive that was inaccurate it was 3 44 am real time was 5 44     Srdjan Vlajkovic

What s going on these days The app won t let me set either the start or the destination address and it lags with the correct reporting when the driver will arrive The app also offers only destinations outside Belgrade Something is seriously wrong The favourites are also not working any more             Marija Danic

Best way of transport Drivers are polite and it is cheaper then taxi which is a big plus for at least Belgrade and Serbia where Uber is not present You can pay via debit credit card on application so experience is by far the best in my opinion would recomend                     Evan Jordnovic
